Terms and Conditions

• All travel bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A reservation is required to secure your bookings.

• Once done for reservation fee, must be send the Proof of payment (e.g., screenshot or deposit slip) and submit the following: Guests complete/full Names, Birth dates, Nationality, and at least two (2) Contact Numbers.  We will issue a Travel Confirmation Voucher.

• The Remaining Balance shall be paid one (1) week before the guest's arrival dates.

We currently accept payments only through the following channels:

• BPI Bank Account (details provided upon booking)

• GCash Account (details provided upon booking)

Important: Payments made through unofficial or unauthorized platforms will not be recognized. TRIPPARTNER TRAVEL AND TOURS will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from payments made outside our official channels.

• No show or late arrivals on booked dates is considered as 100% CANCELLATION CHARGE OR FORFEITED on the total availed package. And RESERVATION FEE is FORFEITED, non-refundable and not transferable.

• Cancellation two (2) days to seven (7) days before the tour dates schedule is seventy-five percent (75%) CANCELLATION CHARGE on the total availed Package. And RESERVATION FEE is FORFEITED, non-refundable and not transferable.

• Cancellation Eight ( days to fifteen (15) days before the tour dates schedule is fifty percent (50%) CANCELLATION CHARGE on the total availed Package. And RESERVATION FEE is FORFEITED, non-refundable and not transferable.

• Cancellations on sixteen (16) days to thirty (30) days before tour dates schedule – NO PENALTY CHARGE but RESERVATION FEE is FORFEITED or NON-REFUNDABLE.

• All RESERVATION FEE is non-refundable and not transferable. Guests may have the option of re-booking (applicable for same guests only).

• TRIPPARTNER TRAVEL AND TOURS reserves the right to change or modify itineraries due to operational constraints or government regulations without prior notice.

• Cause of Bad Weather Conditions or unforeseen circumstances – customers will be offered a reschedule to other possible tours / divert of tours or refund.

• Any adjustments will be made in the best interest and safety of the guests.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• EACH HOTEL OFFERS DIFFERENT POLICIES ON CANCELLATION.

• The TRAVEL CONFIRMATION VOUCHER send by the TRIPPARTNER Team is a copy of the client's for reference and guarantees the bookings as confirmed and serve as a legal transaction agreement basis even if the client's signature does not appear on it.

• Both parties agree to keep all the information contained in Travel Confirmation Voucher or Rates Proposal, PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL.

• Clients are responsible for securing necessary travel documents (e.g., passports and valid I.D's).

• TRIPPARTNER is not liable for denied boarding or immigration issues resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

• It is your responsibility to read all travel advisories and comply with destination-specific entry requirements.

• TRIPPARTNER Travel and Tours acts as a booking agent for third-party service providers. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or delays caused by airlines, hotels, transport companies, or other partners.

• We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from unforeseen events beyond our control.

• You agree not to misuse the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

• Content on the site (text, images, branding) is the property of TRIPPARTNER and may not be reproduced without permission.
