Terms and Conditions

• Reservation Fee: A down payment of at least Thirty Percent (30%) of the total package cost

       is required to officially confirm the booking.        

• Non-Refundable Policy: All reservation fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Full Payment: The remaining balance must be settled in full one (1) week before the guest's scheduled arrival. Please feel free to message us if you need any adjustments to your payment schedule so we can better assist you.                           

• Guest Documentation: Upon payment of the reservation fee, the following details must be

       submitted immediately:                                     

               ▪ Complete Names of all Guests                                     

               ▪ Dates of Birth                               

               ▪ Nationality                                   

               ▪ At least two (2) active contact numbers

 ▪ REBOOKING OPTION:

• Guests may request to rebook (for the same set of guests only), subject to the availability of the hotel, transport, and tours.        

• Additional fees from third-party providers (e.g., hotels, permits) may apply and shall be shouldered by the guest.

The following cancellation charges will apply based on the Total Package Cost:

 ▪ CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 0 to 1 day before the tour (including No Shows) cancellation: 

       100% charge will apply, and the reservation fee is forfeited.

• 2 to 7 days before the tour cancellation:

       75% charge will apply, and the reservation fee is forfeited.

• 8 to 15 days before the tour cancellation:

       50% charge will apply, and the reservation fee is forfeited.

• 16 to 23 days before the tour cancellation:

       25% charge will apply, and the reservation fee is forfeited.

• 24 to 31 days before the tour cancellation:

       There is no penalty, but the reservation fee is forfeited.

In the event of bad weather, natural calamities, or government-mandated restrictions:            

• TRIPPARTNER reserves the right to modify or divert tours to ensuring the safety of the guests.   

• If a tour is cancelled due to safety reasons, a refund or credit memo may be issued, but it will be limited to the un-utilized portions of the tour, less any non-recoverable costs already paid to partners (e.g., environmental fee, hotel deposits). 

• Hotel Specific Policies: Each hotel has its own set of cancellation and refund policies. Any penalties imposed by the hotel that exceed TRIPPARTNER’s terms will be charged to the client.   

• Rate Validity: Please note that all quoted rates are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal adjustments or third-party provider updates.

• To lock in the current rate and secure your slots, prompt payment of the reservation fee is highly encouraged.

• The TRAVEL CONFIRMATION VOUCHER send by the TRIPPARTNER Team is a copy of the client's for reference and guarantees the bookings as confirmed and serve as a legal transaction agreement basis even if the client's signature does not appear on it.

• Both parties agree to keep all information, including contracted rates, proposals, and personal data, strictly PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL. Any unauthorized disclosure to third

       parties are strictly prohibited.         

Clients are responsible for securing necessary travel documents (e.g., passports and valid I.D's). TRIPPARTNER is not liable for denied boarding or immigration issues resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

It is your responsibility to read all travel advisories and comply with destination-specific entry requirements.

TRIPPARTNER Travel and Tours acts as a booking agent for third-party service providers. We are not responsible for acts, omissions, or delays caused by airlines, hotels, transport companies, or other partners.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense resulting from unforeseen events beyond our control.

You agree not to misuse the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
